First Nutrition and Fitness Tips Today


We all want to take care of our wellness. Even the ones who says they want to 'enjoy life' by drinking, smoking and eating sweets does tend to admit that they are not doing the right thing. The right nutrition and fitness plan will improve your 'enjoying life' so much more than fooling yourself that 'drinking and smoking' is an enjoyment of life.
I started my diet and exercise plan 3 months ago. I have lost 10kg and in the counting... But number is just a tinny side effect. The best of all side effects is my feeling! I have so much more energy, I feel strong and happier than before. I didn't ask for help to anyone. But I did research on google. And blog posts and people who put useful information out there have helped me a lot. So I decided to start this blog to talk about these things.


Tips


1- Start moving more.
Find the nearest walking spaces. I live in London and believe it or not it is filled with amazing parks to walk to. Use apple health, it automatically tracks your steps. Or if you are not an apple user, buy one of those wrist devices -  step counter.



2 - Apply for gym membership. 
Many people tend to say that it is possible to start running and exercise at home, but going to gym will inspire you just a bit more. Being in the room where everyone is in the workout zone will create a perfect environment.

3 - Choose the right diet for you. 
Exercising is one thing, but if you want to transform your body it is up to nutrition and diet 80%! Exercising just makes it a bit easier. A muscle burns calories by just being there. But Nutrition and the right diet will help you move faster than simply starting to exercise. But every person is different when it comes to all the diets available out there. Different things works for different people. Some people love protein and meat, while others try to stay away from it or simply are vegans or vegetarians. After doing some basic blood tests ( like Thriva), you will find out what is best. But you can also experiment, and see what works best. There are plenty tests out there about what kind of metabolism you have. I have read articles about eating a lot of hummus or eating a lot of protein that makes you feel full fast, or eating eggs ever morning. There are plenty of tips out there that will confuse you. However, try to take few tests and they will start showing you the direction. For example what works for me the best is so called 2:5 or 5:2 diet. It means fasting 2 days a week and eating normally all the other days. 

4. START YOUR PLAN!
I know, some of us think about doing it for months and years ... We never seem to have enough motivation or thought power to start. But just start! There will never be better time than today! Don't be discouraged if you fail in the first week or even the second. Or even if after 2 months of being good, you go on holiday and that changes your new habits to bad ones again... Just start over. Don't let it discourage you. We are all humans. It's hard sometimes. But start the next day all over again. More you will try the more you will succeed. And after a while it starts to get easier and easier.
